Printing & signatures
Paper for signature, and for the file
Approved minutes, the agenda packet, and the motion register each print as a clean document with letterhead, page numbers, and a signature block.
- Your logo and organization name as letterhead
- Meeting title, date, and page numbers on every page
- Dated signature lines for the secretary and the chair
- Navigation and buttons suppressed entirely on the printed page
- Save as PDF from the print dialog when a file is what you need
Signed minutes are still the standard
Many bodies require the secretary and the presiding officer to sign the approved minutes, and many keep a physical minute book alongside the digital one. The print view produces a document that can be signed and filed without retyping anything.
The record, not the interface
What comes out of the printer is the record itself. Everything that belongs to the screen — the sidebar, controls, status chips — is removed, so the page reads as a governance document.
