Cookie Notice
Secretarius uses very few cookies, and none of them are for advertising. This page explains exactly what is stored in your browser and why.

Strictly necessary
When you sign in, a session is stored in your browser so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. Without it the application cannot work. It carries no advertising identifier and is not shared.
Preferences
Inside the application, your chosen colour palette and light/dark mode are remembered in local storage so the interface looks the same next time. Public pages always render in the fixed dark theme and store nothing.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to count page views and a small number of product events, such as starting a trial or opening checkout. Plausible is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, and does not follow you across other websites. The only details attached to an event are the plan tier and billing interval — never an email address, name, organization name, or user identifier.
Analytics does not load until you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, nothing is loaded and no events are sent.
Changing your analytics choice
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. To change it, clear the site data for secretarius.pro in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, no social media trackers, and no third-party profiling of your board's activity.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in, since the application depends on it.
