Built for how boards actually work

Your titles, your rules, your people.

Configurable terminology

Board or Council. Chair or Exalted Ruler. Minutes or Proceedings. Every label follows your governing documents.

Positions and voting rights

Define your own offices and decide which of them carry a vote. Rosters always display full names, never email addresses.

Members without email

Officers who don't use email are still full records-only members — recorded in attendance and votes, managed by an Admin.

Committees and sub-boards

Advisory committees file reports; sub-boards can vote, with optional board ratification before a decision stands.

Your governing documents

Store bylaws or order regulations encrypted alongside the record, so the rule and the ruling live in one place.

Branding at every tier

Your name and mark on the record and on distributed minutes — included on every plan, not just the top one.

Encrypted at rest

Bylaws and sensitive fields are encrypted in the database.

You own the record

Export the whole organization as structured JSON whenever you like.

Permanent delete

Close an organization or the entire account and the data is gone.

Passwordless sign-in

A one-time code by email. No passwords to leak or reset.
