Minutes drafting

The draft assembles itself from what the meeting did

Attendance, agenda order, motions, and results are already recorded, so the secretary writes the narrative instead of rebuilding the structure.

  • Draft generated from the agenda, roll call, and motions
  • Edit the narrative freely; the structural facts stay intact
  • Optional AI polish for wording only
  • Clearly marked as a draft until the body approves it
  • Prior minutes available beside the draft for reference

What the AI polish will and will not touch

Polishing tidies grammar, tense, and phrasing in the narrative. It cannot change a vote count, a name, a date, or a result, and it is never applied to minutes that have been approved or sealed. It is optional, and the secretary approves every change.

Your words, your standard

Some bodies keep terse action minutes; others keep a fuller summary of discussion. Secretarius does not impose a house style — it gives you the facts already in place and gets out of the way.
