Names, never email addresses
Anywhere a person appears in the record — mover, seconder, attendance, signature — they appear by the full name your administrator entered. An email address is a login credential, not a governance record.
A tally that cannot lie
The count is validated against who was present and who holds a voting position. A result cannot be recorded against a body that was not quorate, and a non-voting officer never appears in a tally.
